Can I use the cloths with other cleaning chemicals?

Yes, our cloths are compatible with a wide range of cleaning chemicals and solutions. For best results, simply apply the cleaner to the surface you are cleaning, and then use our cloth to wipe it clean.

What's the difference between the T009, T012, and T015 cloths?

Our cloths are tiered to meet different needs. The T009 is a reliable, all-purpose cloth. The T012 is a premium microfiber cloth with high absorbency and durability. The T015 is our most advanced, ultra-soft, and highly absorbent cloth, designed for the most delicate and critical applications.

Are the cloths reusable?

Yes, our cloths are designed to be durable and reusable if used with water only. With proper care, they will maintain their cleaning power for a long time. However, if the cloth has been used on a rough or abrasive surface, it may not be suitable for delicate surfaces like glass or lenses.

How long does shipping take?

We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimated and vary based on your location. Please note that bulk orders may take additional time to process.

Do you ship internationally?

We were shipping internationally but are temporarily not offering this service. We plan to resume it soon. If you have an urgent international request, please contact us directly, and we may be able to assist you.
